Integrations

A monday.com that talks
to everything else.

Finance systems, CRM, contracts, email and files connected to monday.com, so data is entered once and ends up where it belongs. One guide per integration, written by the consultants who build the connections.

27 integrations

One system for the work.
Connected to the rest.

Each guide covers what the connection can do, how it is built (with monday.com's own integration, in Make or with custom code) and what you need to decide before you get started. Is your system missing? If it has an API, we will build the connection anyway.

Frequently asked questions

What you usually ask
about integrations.

Which systems can be connected to monday.com?

In practice, any system with an API. monday.com has its own built-in integrations for Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, DocuSign and GitHub, among others. Finance systems such as Fortnox and Visma Net, contract tools such as Oneflow and GetAccept, and most others are connected through an integration platform such as Make, or with custom code against the system's API.

Should we use monday.com's built-in integration, Make or custom code?

The built-in integration is enough when the flow is simple and runs in one direction. Make fits when the flow has conditions, several steps, runs both ways or needs error handling and logging, which applies to most connections between CRM, projects and finance. We choose custom code for large volumes or requirements the platforms cannot handle. We build most connections in Make.

What does an integration cost?

It depends on how many steps the flow has, how many exceptions need handling and whether it runs one way or both. We always start with a free mapping session of the flow, then set a fixed price before we build. The license for Make or Zapier comes on top and is paid directly to the vendor.

How long does it take to build a connection?

A simple one-way connection is often done in a few days. A connection with conditions, several steps and updates flowing both ways normally takes one to three weeks, including testing against your real data. What takes time is rarely the technology but getting the process clear: what should trigger what, which data must be present and who is responsible when something deviates.

What happens when something goes wrong in the connection?

A connection that silently skips an invoice or a ticket costs more than it saves. That is why we build in logging of every run, alerts when a step fails and a clear way to rerun. We also manage the connection as the systems or the process change, so it does not quietly stop working.

Can you connect monday.com to a system that is not on the list?

Yes. The list covers the connections we have described in detail, not the limit of what is possible. If the system has an API or is in Make's app catalog, we can build the connection. Tell us which system it is during the mapping session, and we will tell you right away what is possible.
