Every purchase receipt and shipment is posted. The inventory value on the balance sheet is the sum of what is on the shelf, with no separate stock list to reconcile at closing.

The agent compares stock balances, sales and suppliers and suggests what should be ordered, so the buyer starts from a proposal instead of a spreadsheet. You always approve before anything is ordered.

The item register comes along

Items, units, price lists and warehouse locations are converted through Straviont Cloud Bridge. Duplicates and broken references stay behind in the conversion, so what reaches inventory is what picking can trust.

Every inventory movement posted

Receipt, issue, adjustment: everything creates a transaction in accounting. The stock list and the general ledger cannot drift apart.

Traceable per order

Who created, picked and invoiced it, and which purchase order covered the shipment.

Is the item register converted too?

Yes. Items with units, prices and accounts go through Straviont Cloud Bridge together with the customer and supplier registers, and are cleaned up along the way.

Can we start with finance and add logistics later?

Yes. Many start with the ledgers and accounting, and switch on orders, inventory and purchasing in a second step once the foundation is in place.

How does inventory connect to accounting?

Every inventory movement is posted. The inventory value on the balance sheet is the sum of what is on the shelf, with no separate stock list to reconcile.

Does it work with our online store?

Visma Net has an open API. Orders from an online store or EDI can be created as sales orders and take the same path through inventory and invoicing. That is an integration we build after the workshop.

Is logistics included in Visma Net Core?

Yes, in Visma Net Core with logistics for SEK 125,000: the item register converted, inventory and inventory valuation, sales order to invoice, purchase order to purchase receipt with three-way matching, price lists and training. EDI, online store, handheld scanner apps and advanced warehousing are estimated separately.
