Visma NetCore

A complete Visma Net. SEK 75,000. From four weeks.

All of Visma Net as a standard setup: registers, conversion, bank, invoice delivery and training are included, and we plan the flow in the workshop. Integrations and special apps are not included. With logistics, SEK 125,000.

What are you switching from?

Free workshop, 45 minutes. The process map is yours either way. Prices exclude VAT; the Visma Net license is extra.

Who it's for

What it means for each of you.

Numbers you can steer by

Profit and cash flow per dimension in real time, and a price for the move that doesn't grow along the way.

Closing without side spreadsheets

The subaccount is set when the line is created, the bank statement is reconciled automatically, and periods close on documents that are already right. Approval follows amount and cost center, fully traceable.

Less keying, more finance

Supplier invoices are read and coded, payments are matched on OCR reference, and reminders go out on their own. What's left are the exceptions, and you can see them.

How we get there

Six steps. The first is on us.

Step 1 · Free

The workshop

We walk through how work and money move through your business today. 45 minutes.

You get: 45 minutes of our time, no strings attached.

How we think about price

A fixed price is a promise about who carries the risk.

The risk

Risk should be shared.

Today the customer carries all the risk in an implementation. We believe whoever does the implementing should carry part of it.

Week 6UsSEK 0
Week 7UsSEK 0

The price you said yes to is what you pay. Shared risk means both sides: we need the documents in week one and the right people during the project.

The time

Everything runs in parallel.

The waiting between steps is what makes projects long. We set up, convert and connect the bank while you test on your own data and get trained every week, and that's why four weeks is enough.

Four weeks is the standard setup. With more companies, logistics or integrations the project takes longer, in the same order and with the same care. Fast because nothing waits, not because anything is skipped.

We work out the right tier with you in the workshop and request the quote from Visma, so you see the full monthly cost before you decide.

Where we stand

We take the same risk we ask you to take.

A fixed price requires that we know what we sell: the same order in every project, the same technology for the conversion, senior consultants all the way. Make-believe prices end up expensive for both sides, so we set the price we intend to keep.

The project model

You test with your own data
from week one.

What makes implementations long is rarely the amount of work, but the waiting in between. With us, setup, testing and training run side by side from week one, so what you find changes the configuration every week instead of at go-live.

The environment is 75–90% complete with your own registers the first time you log in. After that, the same row appears in both models, and the difference is when it happens: the questions about the standard flows come in week two, while there's still time to act on them, instead of the morning you're due to start invoicing for real.

No big delivery at the end

You see the system take shape instead of having it presented in the final week. Whatever feels wrong has time to become right.

Training runs in parallel

Not a full day at the end that no one remembers. Every week, in the environment you'll work in, with your own data.

Standard where it's best

We start from Visma's proven flows where they give you more than your old way of working, and set up the system around your processes where those work better. If something suits you better another way, we change it within the price.

The workshop

A workshop on your flows, free of charge.

Tell us briefly about your business and we will host a free workshop where we go through how work and money actually move through your company, from order to posted and reconciled, and draw it up step by step, like the excerpt next to this. The map is yours whether or not we build it.

What you get from the workshop

  • Our assessmentWhat is worth changing on your side, and what Visma Net should be shaped around.
  • A planBuilt around your calendar, starting when it suits you.

The workshop is free. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you.

Frequently asked questions

About
Visma Net Core.

Why is it so much cheaper than other quotes?

Because we share the risk instead of passing it on to you by the hour. No make-believe prices, and the same consultant from the first call to go-live: we've done the move many times, the conversion runs through Straviont Cloud Bridge, and the setup follows an order refined project by project. What otherwise takes weeks takes us days, which is why four weeks is enough.

Do you skip anything to hold the price?

No. We prioritize right. In every project: process map approved, subaccount decided, zero errors in the conversion before import, a real bank file and a real invoice, the go-live checklist ticked off. None of it is optional.

So is everything standard?

Visma Net Core is a standard setup of all of Visma Net: every module, your registers and your flows, planned in the workshop. We start from Visma's standard flows where they're at their best, because they're proven. If we see during the project that a flow or a setting would suit you better another way, we change it, within the price, because changing course costs us nothing. What's not included is integrations with other systems and special apps.

We have several companies. What does that cost?

As a starting point, SEK 50,000 per additional company, with the same routines and the same subaccount. If you're acquiring companies regularly, we develop an implementation model for new acquisitions that keeps the cost of each new company down.

What's not included?

The Visma Net license, which is signed with Visma. Integrations with other systems and special apps: they need their own design and are quoted separately, ideally as a next step after go-live. And new requests once you've run it for a while.

What happens after go-live?

You run it. If you then want to connect your finances with operations in monday.com or build further, we quote it when you know where it chafes, not before.
