Data controller
Straviont AB, Dalagatan 104, 113 67 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on straviont.com. Questions about this policy should be sent to contact@straviont.com.
Data we collect
We only collect data that you provide to us yourself:
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and what you write in the message field, as well as which page the form was submitted from.
- Email: information you provide when you email us directly.
- Technical information: IP address in server logs, which is used for operations and to protect the forms against abuse.
We do not use any visitor analytics or marketing cookies on the website. Our hosting platform may set a technical cookie that is required for the site to work; it contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
Why we process it
The data is used to respond to your inquiry, book meetings, prepare proposals and quotes, and follow up on the contact. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a potential contract, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries that you yourself send to us. We do not use the data for automated decision-making, and we never sell it on.
Storage and deletion
The data is stored on servers within the EU (Microsoft Azure, Sweden region). We keep it for as long as it is needed for the purpose: ongoing dialogues and customer relationships are kept for the duration of the relationship, and inquiries that do not lead any further are deleted no later than 24 months after the most recent contact. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Who has access to the data
Data from the forms is handled by Straviont and the providers we use as data processors for operations and internal handling: Microsoft Azure (hosting), Make (form handling) and Google Workspace (email). All of them process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Ads and cookies
We advertise on LinkedIn, among other channels. If you click on one of our ads, LinkedIn may process data about you on its platform, for example that you have seen or clicked on the ad. That processing is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy and your settings on LinkedIn. No ad tracking takes place on our own website: we use no tracking pixels, no marketing cookies and no third-party analytics.
If you submit information in a Lead Gen form directly on LinkedIn, we receive the information you agree to share (for example name, email and company) and process it in accordance with this policy, for the same purposes as the forms on the website.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- be informed of what data we process about you (a copy of your data)
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)
Contact us at contact@straviont.com and we will help you, normally within one business day. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.
