Nmbrs can be shaped around each customer without building anything. We set it up around your agreements and the way you work, and Nmbrs keeps the system up to date when the law changes, with new tax tables and updated standard collective agreements.
The payroll workflow plans each payroll run with the dates and checkpoints you decide. You see right away what is done and what is left.
Time, absence and expenses go through the approval chain you set up, in up to three steps.
Anything missing or changed is flagged before payroll runs, such as a missing contract, a missing bank account or a changed address.
The result is compared with the previous period, and you can filter out anything that deviates by more than a set percentage before anything is paid.
Agreements, pay models and pay tables are set up once and then apply to everyone they cover. Thousands of pay codes can be adapted.
Changes are made directly on the payslip, and you see the effect right away.
Employees see their payslips, request leave and submit expenses in the app.

Do we need Visma Net?
No. We connect payroll to the accounting system you already have. If you use Visma Net, or are thinking of switching, we can handle payroll and finance in the same project.
Can you connect our time tracking system?
Usually. If there is no ready-made connection, we build one against the Nmbrs API. If the data only arrives as a file or report, an agent can read it. We go through your systems in the meeting.
Who approves payroll when most of it runs automatically?
Your payroll manager, always. Data comes in and is checked automatically, and we set up the payroll workflow so that nothing is paid or posted before the payroll manager has approved the run.
What does it cost?
Two parts. The license follows the Nmbrs price list, per month and by number of payslips. You can calculate it above. Our work on the setup and connections is set at a fixed price after the meeting, before you say yes.

Ongoing support, from the same people who set up your payroll. We agree on what it covers and what it costs before the project ends, not after.
