What Visma Net costs comes down to three parts: the license, which you pay to Visma every month; the implementation, which you pay to a partner once; and the ongoing management after go-live. The license follows Visma's pricing model, while the implementation is where the differences between partners are greatest. Here we go through each part, what drives the cost and what to ask about, for companies that have outgrown their bookkeeping software and want to know what a move to Visma Net actually costs.
Short answer: what does Visma Net cost?
- The license to Visma: from SEK 2,744 a month, plus transaction volume, mainly invoices and payments, and any extra companies and add-ons. Unlimited users and approvers, and no lock-in period.
- The implementation with a partner, once: with us SEK 75,000 at a fixed price for the first company, or SEK 125,000 with logistics, excluding VAT. Each additional company costs SEK 50,000 as a starting point.
- Ongoing management after go-live: what it covers and costs is something we decide together before the project ends.
Visma Net pricing: four packages and unlimited users
Visma Net is sold as a subscription in four packages. The license is an agreement with Visma and is paid to Visma, and the packages start at SEK 2,744 a month.
The finances: bookkeeping, invoicing, supplier invoices, bank integration, contract invoicing and fixed assets. Fixed price per invoice and payment.
Everything in Finance, plus budgeting and project accounting. The price per invoice and payment drops as volume grows.
The finances from Finance, plus sales, purchasing and inventory in the same system. Fixed price per invoice and payment.
Everything in Finance & Logistics, plus budgeting and project accounting, with volume pricing that drops as volume grows.
All four packages include one company plus a demo company, unlimited users and approvers, and no lock-in period. The subaccount, which lets every line be followed up by cost center, project or department, is included in all packages.
What the license is based on
The license is based on what you do in the system, not on how many people work in it.
A simplified view of Visma's pricing model. The transactions are mainly invoices and payments. In the standard packages every transaction costs the same; in the Plus packages the price drops as volume grows.
If you have several companies, there is a separate price structure for extra companies, where the price per company drops with each new company. Climate reporting and risk analysis are available as add-ons.
The level depends on your volumes. We calculate it with you in the workshop and request the quote from Visma, so you can see what the license costs per month at your volumes before you decide.
Implementation: compare the content, not just the total
Implementation is a one-time cost with the partner, and that is where the differences are greatest. Two partners can quote the same total and deliver very different amounts, so ask what is included.
| Question to ask | Visma Net Core with us |
|---|---|
| Is the price fixed, and what happens if the project runs over? | Fixed price, set before you say yes. If it runs over, the risk is ours. |
| What does it cost with more companies? | SEK 75,000 for the first company, SEK 125,000 with logistics. Each additional company costs SEK 50,000 as a starting point, and for groups that acquire companies we develop an implementation model that keeps the cost per company down. |
| Is conversion of the registers included? | Yes. Chart of accounts, customers, suppliers and items are converted through Straviont Cloud Bridge. |
| Are the bank and invoice delivery connected? | Yes. AutoPay with your bank and AutoInvoice with Peppol. |
| Is training included? | Yes, every week in your own environment. |
| How long does it take to go live? | From four weeks, depending on the scope and on the documents coming in during week one and the right people being involved. If that does not suit you, we plan the project around your calendar, at the same price. |
Anyone can write 75,000. The list decides.
Here is what our price looks like in a few common cases:
Prices exclude VAT and apply to our implementation of Visma Net Core. SEK 50,000 per additional company is the starting point, and with an implementation model for acquisitions it can be lower. The Visma Net license comes on top and is signed with Visma.
Quoted separately are integrations with other systems, custom apps and agents, setup of the fixed asset register with depreciation, group consolidation and new requests after go-live. We set integrations and apps at a fixed price after the workshop, in Visma Net Bespoke.
Ongoing management after go-live
After go-live, someone needs to look after the system: new users, changed workflows and the everyday questions. Visma upgrades the platform itself, every week and without downtime, so ongoing management is about your setup and not about version upgrades.
With us, ongoing management is handled by the same people who built the environment. What it covers and what it costs is something we agree on before the project ends, not after.
What affects the cost
More invoices and payments cost more. In the Plus packages the price per transaction drops as volume grows.
Each company costs in the license and in the implementation, but the license price per extra company drops the more you have.
Integrations, custom apps and agents are priced separately, with us at a fixed price after the workshop.
What does not affect the cost is how many people work and approve in the system. The more people who need to be involved, the more the pricing model works in Visma Net's favor.
Frequently asked questions
What does Visma Net cost per month?
Visma Net's packages start at SEK 2,744 a month. On top of that comes the transaction volume, mainly invoices and payments, and any extra companies and add-ons. The number of users and approvers is unlimited, and there is no lock-in period.
What does it cost to implement Visma Net?
Implementation is a one-time cost with the partner. With us, Visma Net Core costs SEK 75,000 for the first company, or SEK 125,000 with logistics, excluding VAT, at a fixed price and from four weeks to go-live. Each additional company costs SEK 50,000 as a starting point. Conversion of the registers, AutoPay, AutoInvoice and training are included.
Does Visma Net cost extra per user?
No. All four packages have unlimited users and approvers. The license is based on package, transaction volume, number of companies and add-ons, not on how many people work in the system.
What does an extra company cost in Visma Net?
In the license, extra companies have their own volume-based price structure, where the price per company drops with each new company. In the implementation, an additional company costs SEK 50,000 with us as a starting point, with the same routines and the same subaccount. For groups that acquire companies, we develop an implementation model for acquisitions that keeps down the cost of each new company.
Which Visma Net package do we need?
Finance is enough for the finances: bookkeeping, invoicing, supplier invoices, bank and fixed assets. If you need sales, purchasing and inventory, choose Finance & Logistics. The Plus packages add budgeting and project accounting and volume pricing that drops as volume grows.
Does Visma Net have a lock-in period?
No. According to Visma, the packages have no lock-in period.
What is not included in Visma Net Core?
Integrations with other systems, custom apps and agents, setup of the fixed asset register with depreciation, group consolidation and new requests after go-live are quoted separately. We set integrations and apps at a fixed price after the workshop.
What does ongoing management of Visma Net cost?
It depends on what should be included. What ongoing management covers and costs is something we agree on before the project ends, and it is handled by the same people who built the environment. Visma handles the upgrades of the system itself.
What does an ERP cost for a growing company?
Count on three parts: the license, the implementation and ongoing management. For Visma Net the license starts at SEK 2,744 a month plus transaction volume, with unlimited users. Our implementation of Visma Net Core costs SEK 75,000, or SEK 125,000 with logistics, excluding VAT, for the first company and at a fixed price. Ongoing management depends on how much you want to handle yourselves after go-live.
How do we find out what it will cost us?
In the workshop we work out which package and which volume you need, and afterwards we request the quote from Visma. That way you see what the license costs per month at your volumes, and our fixed price, before you decide.
